Urban Slices at Dominion on Queen

Back in the late 1800s, an avid horse breeder named Robert Davies founded the Dominion Hotel and brewery that would eventually produce the winning beer at the 1911 World’s Fair. Little did he know that a century later, Dominion on Queen would survive him as both a bar and restaurant and continue to serve up some of the city’s best beer — with a side of local jazz.

Sean, the owner, has jazzed things up even further by featuring a different artist every month. Now nine of my urban paintings are gracing the walls of this cool neighbourhood tavern, for the month of October. So drop by for some great beer, good food, cool jazz and, of course, great art viewin Located at 500 Queen St East, corner of Sumach St.
